*Prices for 6 people; each extra person + 50 PLN per night.
*Children up to 3 years of age sleeping with their parents in bed or in a travel cot are not included in the total number of people and are welcome free of charge.
*The price does not include 200 PLN cleaning costs for the entire stay.

Zaliczka 30% – płatna do 2 dni po dokonaniu rezerwacji.
Nie zwracamy zaliczki.
Pozostała kwota płatna 2 dni przed przyjazdem (przelewem) lub na miejscu gotówką.
Wystawiamy faktury VAT na życzenie.
VENUE RULES
We accept: small and medium dogs
Maximum number of guests: 9 people
Quiet hours: 22.00 – 7.00
EXTRA GUESTS
The number of people staying in the house specified at the time of booking may not be exceeded. If the number of people is exceeded, an extra
fee for additional guests will be charged in the amount of 100 PLN per person per night.
DOGS
We invite you with well behaving dogs, medium breeds (knee height).
The area is fenced and pets can run freely and explore.
Please take care of the cleanliness and walk your dogs outside the property.
Please inform us that the dog will be staying in the Green House in Narty.
The fee for the stay of the dog is 20 PLN/night for each dog.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of 600 PLN payable in cash is collected on site.
The deposit is refunded on condition that the house is returned
in the same condition as it was on the day of its acceptance.
EXTRA SERVICES
Renting a travel cot for children – 50 PLN/stay.
check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00
Check-out until 11:00.
We’ll do our best to check you in earlier or postpone your check-out if possible
(please contact us just before your arrival).

Bicycles
We have 4 bikes available on site, including one with a child seat (up to 25 kg).
Please inform us before your arrival if you plan to rent a bike and how many of them you need. Bike rental
fee => 120 PLN/stay or 80 PLN/day
Paddle Board
It is also possible to rent a paddle board.
Please inform us before your arrival if you plan to rent the equipment. Paddle board rental
fee => PLN 80/night
*The persons who rent the equipment are subject to the terms and conditions, which will be handed over for reading and signing on the day of handing over the equipment.
